This album was done using various recordings collected during the last months.
The music was composed using VCV Rack and a Novation Circuit.

Here's a little bit of info on each track
Track 1 : This is an unadulterated recording of Chinese music I recorded during Hanami, sitting next to the blossoming cherry trees. This is the same day the cover photo was shot.

Track 2 : The title is a phrase from poet Jacques Delille. It was engraved on the rock next to where some of this track was recorded. Actually some of the birdsong you hear is fake. It was a guy on the street selling stuff that mimics birds.

Track 3 : I can't remember where I recorded the sound of rain hence the title. This track is very serene I'd like to do more of this kind of thing.

Track 4 : This track was made using recordings made at home, mostly the sound of a sewing machine.

Track 5 : This track is bookended by two recordings made in the street late at night.
